1. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the course content as it exists at the time of purchase, including any future updates we choose to add. Course access is granted to one individual only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options (Afterpay/Klarna) where available. Payment plans are available as described at checkout.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each installment on the scheduled dates. Applicable taxes including VAT and GST will be added at checkout for international purchases.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, email tahia@teachingswithtahia.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, written materials, downloads, and supporting assets — is the intellectual property of Teachings with Tahia and is protected by United States and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without express written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or course access with any other person.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute any course content.
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract course materials.

6. Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. Results from using Parashara's Light 9.0 software will vary based on individual effort and prior knowledge. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including California law, Teachings with Tahia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

8. Third-Party Software

Our courses reference Parashara's Light 9.0 software, which is owned and licensed by Parashara Software. Purchase of our course does not include a software license. You are responsible for obtaining your own licensed copy of Parashara's Light 9.0 directly from the software provider.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. California-Specific Provisions

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and Unfair Competition Law (UCL). Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable rights you may have under California law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
